Job summary

Luminator Technology Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to design and optimize systems and equipment procedures in our manufacturing facility. You will analyze workflows, implement efficient manufacturing and supply chain systems, and monitor performance metrics to drive improvements.

The role involves collaboration with engineering, quality, and operations teams, time and motion studies, simulations, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field or proven experience in process optimization, manufacturing systems, or operations engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Power BI).
• Experience with ERP systems (InforLN) is desired.

Responsibilities

• Analyse production workflows, logistics, and resource utilization to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement efficient systems for manufacturing, service delivery, and supply chain operations.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics to evaluate process effectiveness.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to integrate new technologies and automation.
• Conduct time and motion studies, simulations, and ergonomic assessments.
• Support lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
