• Former investment banker, M&A advisor, or PE/corporate development professional based in Poland.
• Proven cross-border M&A track record across Poland and Central/Eastern Europe, with transactions around 50M EV.
• Strong network spanning Warsaw and the broader CEE region.
• Currently independent or evaluating a move.
