MPower Plus is seeking an experienced Major Incident Coordinator to lead major incident response, chair MIM calls, and coordinate cross-functional teams across towers. You will manage escalations with the Service Desk and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in incident management, strong ITIL knowledge, and capability to handle complex incidents; knowledge of Change/Release is a plus; ITIL Foundation preferred.

• 6+ years of experience in Incident Management or Major Incident Management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Incident Management and Major Incident Management processes.
• Proven experience as a Major Incident Coordinator with hands‑on experience chairing MIM calls.
• Experience managing complex cross‑functional and cross‑tower incidents.
• Good understanding of Service Desk operations and escalation management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Problem Management, Change Management, or Release Management is an advantage.
• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.

Shift- Regarding shifts, the work is organised in monthly rotations, with 9‑hour shifts including a 1‑hour break:

Morning: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, Afternoon: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM, Night: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM
