We are looking for a skilled EMEA Immigration Specialist to join our dynamic Global Immigration Team. Our team acts as a key advisor, facilitating smooth work permit processes and staying abreast of all relevant immigration updates within the EMEA region. In this position you will stay updated with and ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and policies. You will monitor and manage the immigration process for employees and newcomers, including visa applications, work permits, residence permits and supporting documents.
You will provide guidance, advice, and support to employees regarding immigration matters, while establishing and maintaining relationships with government agencies, immigration authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
An important aspect of your role is to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of immigration-related documentation, contributing to the development and improvement of internal immigration policies and procedures as well as collaboration with Legal, HR, Travel, and other teams to ensure alignment between immigration policies and overall organizational policies.
