Job description
The role

As a Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services by leveraging your legal expertise to support Fragomen’s clients directly. You will provide practical, hands-on guidance throughout the immigration process—counselling clients, assessing eligibility, and managing the end-to-end preparation and submission of applications to local government authorities. Your work will be essential in enabling foreign employees of our clients to live and work in Poland compliantly.

In addition to your casework, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of documentation in line with established procedures, while actively collaborating with your team on administrative and organizational tasks.

Day-to-day coaching and weekly reviews will be provided by Senior Consultants with managers and senior managers overseeing long term performance and training.

What your day will look like:

  • Supporting exceptional client relationships by delivering professional and efficient communications
  • Conducting legal research as required to support complex casework
  • Uploading and managing documentation with local Immigration Authorities
  • Acting as a secondary point of contact for clients
  • Providing guidance and regular updates to assignees regarding their applications
  • Managing a caseload in an organised and efficient manner while adhering to deadlines
  • Participating as required in client reviews and meetings
  • Preparing reports and being involved in presentations and training
The team

You will be joining a dynamic team of immigration professionals working in a fast-paced, international environment. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do—teamwork, knowledge sharing, and mutual support are essential to our success. As we build our presence in Poland, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully from day one while being supported by a culture that values empowerment, growth, and continuous learning. It’s an exciting time to join a team where your expertise will have a real impact.

What we are looking for

The successful applicant for this role will have Polish Inbound immigration experience, however you do not need to be a Polish-qualified lawyer. The ideal candidate will have experience advising on corporate immigration matters and will be proactive and highly organised with a strong client-facing background. Attention to detail is key, as is the ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

Essential criteria
  • The ability to manage a high case load as per business need
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of productivity
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
  • The ability to meet assigned deadlines and communicate progress to supervisors
  • Flexibility and initiative in your approach, contributing to a positive work environment
  • The ability to develop strong working relationships with team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisation skills with ability to plan, prioritise, meet deadlines and manage multiple small-scale projects
  • Professionalism, quality service and a “can do” attitude to internal members/departments of the Firm as well as external clients and vendors
What we offer

A career at Fragomen will provide you with the opportunity to work in an exciting environment for a broad range of clients, where no two days will be the same. You will face interesting challenges, and will work with dedicated, friendly and ambitious people, where providing exceptional client service is at the core of what we do. We are extremely proud of our diverse workforce at Fragomen, and we are fully committed to providing equal opportunities.

What to expect
  • Once you have submitted your application, our Talent Acquisition team will review your skills and experience. If these match the requirements of the position, a member of our team will contact you to schedule an initial phone call.
  • If shortlisted, you will be invited to participate in our interview process, which will consist of at least two stages, one of which will be conducted in-person. Depending on the role, you may also be required to complete a written assessment.
  • After the interviews, we will carefully evaluate all candidates and make our final decision. You will be notified of the outcome and feedback will be provided.
