Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in General Accounting or Financial Reporting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Tagetik, Blackline) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports per IFRS and local accounting principles.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, GA, and Front Office to gather data and ensure proper classification.
• Assist in preparing statutory financial statements and tax filings.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for data integrity.
• Support audits by providing documentation and explanations.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and participate in finance projects.
• Develop and implement improvements to accounting processes to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to operational excellence and cross-team collaboration within General Accounting.
