We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who is a true Identity Security Practitioner—someone who lives and breathes identity security, not just manages accounts. This role is about being the technical vanguard for our most strategic clients, guiding them through complex identity transformations, anticipating their needs, and ensuring their Saviynt platform becomes an indispensable pillar of their security posture. You will bridge deep technical expertise and strategic client partnership, driving successful implementations and sustaining long-term value.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Be the Identity Security Guru: Serve as the primary technical authority for assigned clients, providing high-level technical guidance and strategic direction throughout their Saviynt journey.
  • Architect and Define Solutions: Lead the technical definition, scoping, and design of complex identity security solutions, translating client requirements into robust, scalable Saviynt deployments. This includes RFP responses, professional services estimates, project plans, ROMs, and SOWs.
  • Own the Technical Delivery: Take ownership of the technical execution of SOWs, orchestrating successful delivery of professional services, with hands-on oversight and escalation for project-related technical challenges.
  • Strategic Client Engagement: Conduct regular, in-depth technical reviews with customers, proactively identifying issues, optimizing their Saviynt environment, and ensuring maximum platform utilization and value realization.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Monitor support requests and client environments to identify recurring technical patterns, championing product enhancements or process improvements to address systemic issues.
  • Drive Expansion & Adoption: Partner with account teams to identify and cultivate up-sell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities by demonstrating how Saviynt can solve evolving identity security challenges and improve business outcomes.
  • Technical Enablement: Develop and deliver advanced technical demonstrations and training sessions for clients, ensuring they can independently leverage the full power of the Saviynt platform.
  • Internal Collaboration: Act as a critical liaison between clients, the Customer Professional Services team, Engineering, and Product Management to ensure client feedback drives product innovation and technical excellence.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist with regional services resourcing and forecasting, and manage timesheet and invoicing approvals, ensuring seamless operational flow.
What You Bring (Your Identity Security Arsenal):
  • Extensive Identity Security Experience (10–15 years): Proven history of delivering enterprise-class Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including hands-on engineering, architecture, and complex technical problem-solving.
  • Proven Project Leadership (10+ years): Demonstrated success leading scoping, planning, and delivery of large-scale identity security projects for enterprise clients, from initiation through post-go-live optimization.
  • Client-Facing Acumen: Exceptional skill in building trusted advisor relationships with senior-level clients and partners, combining technical credibility with strategic insight.
  • Complex Project Management Mastery: Expert ability to manage multiple concurrent, technically complex identity projects, balancing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Comprehensive Project Lifecycle Expertise: Deep knowledge of project planning, resource management, scope definition, schedule management, status reporting, and producing meticulous technical documentation.
Technical Stack Proficiency
  • Core Web Technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
  • Database Management: Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL.
  • Directory Services: LDAP, Active Directory.
  • Enterprise HR Systems: SAP, PeopleSoft.
  • Programming Languages: Java, .NET, or C++.
  • Identity Management Provisioning Systems: (e.g., legacy Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell, or similar modern platforms).
  • Security Software/IT Audit: A strong understanding of broader security principles and practices, or experience in internal IT audit.
Security Domain Knowledge
  • Mandatory IGA Experience: Must have substantial Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) experience.
  • PAM Knowledge (Desirable): Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) is a plus.
  • Integration Technology: Experience with integration technologies such as REST, LDAP, and database connectors.

  • Core IGA Platforms: Must have experience with one or more of SailPoint, Okta, Oracle OIM, or Saviynt.
  • Other Security Products (Nice to have): Experience with Pathlock, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea is beneficial.
  • Access Management (Nice to know): Familiarity with Access Management, SSO, and MFA concepts.
Management & Client Engagement
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing stakeholders, including leading Program Boards and interacting with senior management.
