Job summary

Rublon, the identity security company, is seeking an experienced Identity Security Engineer to be a technical representative for customers and partners across Spain and LATAM. The role blends presales, product demonstrations, POCs, solution design, implementation support, and partner enablement, with a strong emphasis on customer-facing activities.

You will conduct technical discovery, tailor MFA architectures, drive POCs, configure deployments, and mentor customers and partners while

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise IT, cybersecurity, or IAM.
• Ability to run technical discovery sessions and present solutions.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and assess customer environments.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations and design Rublon MFA integrations.
• Define POCs with clear scope and success criteria.
• Configure MFA with customers and troubleshoot issues.
• Support production deployments and rollout planning.
• Train customer admins and partner engineers.
