As ICT Operations Manager at Pexapark, you will ensure our global team has smooth, secure access to the tools and technologies they need. You will manage hardware and software procurement, oversee device management programmes, and keep our IT infrastructure robust, efficient, and reliable. You will be the main point of contact for employee support, remote troubleshooting, inventory, and security.
You will also manage key platforms such as Azure Office 365, Slack, Atlassian, and other core systems, working with specialist teams on Salesforce and HR software. If you are passionate about technology, productivity tools, and helping a high‑growth company scale sustainably, this role is for you.
