Job summary

Nordea is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist in Poland to support the Commercial Cards Application platform. The role focuses on maintaining IBM iSeries environments, DB2 SQL, and supporting global teams in a BizDevOps approach. A hybrid work model and collaboration with international colleagues are offered.

You will participate in automation, deployments, incidents, and service improvements, ensuring reliable operation of critical financial applications across multiple sites in Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IBM iSeries (IBMi) systems, monitoring and maintenance.
• Experience with IBM DB2 SQL for data operations and queries.
• Experience handling incidents in a fast-paced environment using Helix/Jira.

Responsibilities

• Practice BizDevOps, collaborating with business, development and stakeholders.
• Automate operations and drive continual service improvement based on performance.
• Manage updates, releases and deployments of the application.
• Handle IT operations and 24/7 on-call per ITIL practices, incl. incident and problem management.
