POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Engineer in our Identity and Access Management team (part of Platform Security organization in IT). The candidate will have to play a key role in supporting our IAM landscape, by focusing on supporting, maintaining, and developing our existing IAM and IGA tools, and its integration with the vast range of IT solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of identity, access management, and identity security best practices, as well as the ability to design and implement robust identity synchronization solutions in a complex business and IT environment.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Proven previous experience (3 years) with Savyint, Entra ID, Okta, Sailpoint or other identity management solutions within IT Service Provider or large multinational company.
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, IGA tools and other identity and access management platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based identity management solutions.
  • Knowledge within SOX controls area
  • Experience in GxP process
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
  • Design, implement, and manage IGA solutions to support the organization's identity and access management needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless integration of identity management solutions with other IT systems
  • Monitor and troubleshoot identity management systems to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security standards and SOX requirements
  • Conduct regular assessments of IAM systems to identify and mitigate security risks
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders on identity management best practices
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in identity management technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems
