Job summary

A global consumer product company in Poland seeks an experienced Identity & Access Management professional to design and implement IAM models, ensure compliance with industry standards, and conduct risk assessments. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, minimum 3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
  • A proactive problem solver with strong ability to set priorities

  • Experienced in Identity & Access Management frameworks and best practices
  • Skilled in designing and implementing Authentication, Authorization, and Access Management models
  • Familiar with risk management, compliance, and audit processes
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Auditing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM or similar role, preferably in a large company or Big 4
  • Relevant certifications such as CISA or CISSP are highly desirable
HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US
  • Design and implement Authentication, Authorization, and Access Management models for complex business applications
  • Enforce conformity with IAM Controls by supporting and monitoring the internal control framework
  • Ensure IAM policies comply with best practices, industry standards, and internal regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments and internal audits focused on IAM
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate IAM controls into processes
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards for IAM compliance status
  • Provide training and awareness programs on IAM best practices
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on IAM controls and risk areas
