Inetum Polska is seeking an experienced Business Engineer to join the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. You will bridge business needs and technical delivery by engineering clear, testable requirements and supporting agile processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Owners and cross-functional teams, a strong understanding of Keycloak/OAuth2, and effective stakeholder management in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for IAM applications.
Create and maintain high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
Proactively participate in backlog refinement and prioritization sessions.
Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.

Responsibilities

Requirements Engineering: elicit, analyze, document, and validate IAM requirements (Keycloak/OAuth2).
Agile Delivery: collaborate in SCRUM with PO, developers and architects; support estimation and planning.
Technical Understanding: knowledge of web technologies, IAM, Keycloak/OAuth2, and API integration.
Tools: use Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
