Inetum Polska is seeking an experienced Business Engineer to join our cross-functional team responsible for developing customer-facing web and mobile applications. The role focuses on requirements engineering, user stories, backlog management, and collaboration with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and Architects to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Ability to elicit, analyze, document and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements for web and mobile applications (iOS/Android).
Create and maintain high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
Backlog refinement and prioritization to align with business objectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers and Architects.
Support effort estimation and delivery planning.
Ensure traceability and testability of requirements throughout the project.
