Job summary

Antal Sp. z o.o. in Kraków seeks an Application Developer focusing on IAM and API. You will build and improve identity lifecycle, develop APIs and automate identity-related processes across enterprise systems.

You will join a hybrid Kraków team, collaborating with Security, DevOps and Engineering to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions and integrations with Google Cloud and enterprise apps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go or Node.js.
• Proven experience with REST API development and backend services.
• Practical IAM/Identity Management experience.
• Experience with identity platforms such as Auth0, Okta, WorkOS, SlashID or similar.
• Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, SAML and identity federation.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms.
• Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Understanding of API security, authentication and authorization.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain APIs and backend services supporting IAM.
• Build identity lifecycle workflows including provisioning/deprovisioning and access changes.
• Integrate identity platforms with enterprise applications and services.
• Work with authentication, authorization and identity federation.
• Implement and integrate solutions using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT and SAML.
• Develop event-driven integrations using Pub/Sub and asynchronous processing.
• Build secure, scalable and reliable services with a focus on API security.
• Automate IAM configuration using Terraform.
• Troubleshoot issues across APIs, identity services and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with Security, DevOps and Engineering teams on solutions.
