Job summary

HeadHR in Warsaw is seeking a UX/UI designer with at least 3 years of experience to design user flows, wireframes and prototypes, align products with our design system, and collaborate closely with developers.

You will summarize user research to improve baseline designs, iterate based on feedback, and contribute to design guidelines. A strong portfolio and solid communication in a team environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or computer science.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design or related field.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe CS, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Solid understanding of WCAG standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to provide examples of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, or other relevant UX/UI work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX/UI leadership with creating user flows, wireframes and prototypes. Align new products with our design system.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Assist build, and maintain design system and guidelines.
• Summarize user research and apply this data to current baseline designs and new product initiatives.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, and stakeholder input.
