Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial modelling and working with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI, Alteryx, Workday, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate work effectively in international, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation (local files, master file, CbC reporting support) and assist compliance.
• Collect, validate, and analyse financial and operational data related to intercompany transactions.
• Perform financial and economic analyses, including benchmarking and profitability reviews.
• Review and reconcile intercompany transaction data for compliance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with finance, business, and tax teams to ensure accurate data flow.
• Research global transfer pricing regulations and summarise implications for the organisation.
• Support tax audits with analyses and documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements, tools, and controls for transfer pricing and tax activities.
• Prepare clear communications and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate in project work related to transfer pricing and broader tax initiatives.
