Job summary

emagine Polska is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to support tactical remediation efforts designed to maintain cyber risk within tolerance and oversee the embedding of Financial Crime/Internal Fraud prevention processes. The role coordinates activity across stakeholders, drives timely completion of actions and helps ensure remediation outcomes are sustainable.

This position requires 4–5 years in third-party risk, procurement or related risk disciplines, with experience in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in third-party risk, procurement, cyber risk or related change delivery.
• Experience in regulated environments and risk governance.
• Understanding of financial crime and internal fraud risk at a basic to intermediate level.
• Experience coordinating remediation across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of tactical remediation activities.
• Help maintain risk exposure within agreed tolerance.
• Coordinate activities across business, risk, procurement, technology and compliance.
• Track actions, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions.
• Support embedding of new processes into business activities.
• Assess effectiveness and sustainability of remediation actions.
• Escalate delays and emerging risks through governance channels.
• Maintain records of decisions and remediation outcomes.
