Job summary

Atos in Poland is seeking a Software Test Engineer to support German-language testing and QA activities within a multinational team. You will design and execute test scenarios, manage defects, coordinate with developers and business analysts, and help ensure quality across projects.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of software testing experience, solid knowledge of testing methodologies, and hands-on experience with Jira/X-Ray/Zephyr and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• German language at least B2/C1 level for effective communication.
• English proficiency at least B1 level.
• Minimum 2 years of documented software testing experience.
• Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira/X-Ray/Zephyr and Azure DevOps.
• Basic SQL knowledge for test data validation.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and team collaboration.
• Willingness to take initiative and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis of requirements and business scenarios, clarifying gaps with BAs.
• Create test scenarios and test cases with data and expected results.
• Map test cases to project requirements and execute tests.
• Annotate results, compare with expected outcomes, and track defects.
• Maintain test scenarios during process changes.
• Raise defects and conduct root cause analysis with devs and BAs.
• Re-test defect resolutions and support UAT users.
• Participate in meetings with End Customers and present solutions.
