Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks a CTPM to own end-to-end technical delivery in complex telecom transformation projects. You will lead teams responsible for solution analysis, design, integration, verification and validation to ensure high-quality services.

As trusted advisor, you will support network evolution initiatives, manage technical risks, and drive continuous improvement in customer environments, with a hybrid work model in Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical project management within telecommunications.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end service delivery and network solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Knowledge of KPI monitoring, testing, and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end technical project activities.
• Lead Analysis & Design and Integration, Verification & Validation teams.
• Ensure service quality, stability, and KPI compliance.
• Manage technical risks and resolve project issues.
• Support network transformation and optimization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancements and project growth.
