Job summary

Devops Academy is seeking a Solution Architect for Banking and Capital Markets in Katowice. In this role, you will participate in banking platform implementation projects, contributing with a hands-on approach and a wide technology stack. The ideal candidate has experience in the banking industry and is skilled in Java, JEE, and agile methodologies. We offer a flexible working model (2 days in office, 3 days remote) and a dynamic environment filled with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in system and solution design.
• Ability to facilitate design discussions and communicate architectural decisions.
• Experience with data lakes and real-time data processing.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Hands-on Solution Architect.
• Plan and monitor project deliverables.
• Manage relationships with the client and stakeholders.

Skills

Banking or financial industry experience

Java

JEE

Web Services (SOAP and REST)

Database development (SQL and No-SQL)

Integration platforms and message brokers (e.g., Tibco, Kafka)
