Job summary

EPAM Systems Poland is seeking an experienced Senior React Native Developer to join our team in Kraków. You will build cross‑platform mobile apps, leverage Expo/EAS, and collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver features end‑to‑end.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in React Native, deep Expo/EAS expertise, and hands‑on with Redux, Zustand or Jotai, RTK Query or TanStack Query, and TypeScript.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with React Native.
• Hands-on experience with Expo ecosystem and EAS for builds/submissions.
• Strong understanding of state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Jotai).
• Experience with RTK Query and/or TanStack Query for server state management.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Build, configure, and optimize workflows with Expo and EAS.
• Manage application state using modern state management libraries.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA to deliver features end-to-end.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of apps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
