Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks an experienced RTR Supervisor to join our Warsaw SSC, overseeing end-to-end General Ledger processes in a hybrid work pattern (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). The role focuses on US GAAP and local GAAP, with hands-on SAP S/4HANA and related finance systems usage.

You will lead month-end close, drive process improvements, and coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent with GL experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong US GAAP and local GAAP knowledge with hands-on SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred).
• Excellent communication and English skills; willingness to work in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for assigned entities, ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Prepare and approve general ledger entries and reconciliations, including payroll items.
• Coordinate close calendars and analyses with third-party providers; support SOX controls and audits.
