WPP Media is seeking a Programmatic Specialist to partner with teams across the US, Europe, and Asia from Poland, delivering high-impact, data-driven media solutions in a multicultural setting.

You will plan media campaigns, prepare activation materials, deliver reports and PCA presentations, and liaise between activation and client service teams to ensure correct campaign implementation.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in planning and managing programmatic campaigns.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large and complex files.
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing goals and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Being eager to work in a hybrid model from one of our offices in Poland (Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, or Wrocław)

• Media plan preparation aligned with the agreed strategy.
• Preparing and delivering materials for campaign activation.
• Preparing reports and PCA presentations.
• Acting as a point of contact for the activation team and the client service team.
• Overseeing proper campaign implementation.
