Job summary

Webellian is seeking a proactive Project Manager / Business Analyst in Warsaw for a hybrid role supporting digital projects. You will gather and analyse requirements, maintain backlogs, and coordinate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will translate business needs into actionable tasks, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and provide ownership across defined scopes. The role offers cross-functional growth and exposure to complex transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Mid-level experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar hybrid role.
• Hands-on experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and Scrum practices.
• Experience configuring Jira and using it to manage backlogs and sprints.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, clarify, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable tasks for delivery teams.
• Support Product Owners and stakeholders in day-to-day activities.
• Act as proxy Product Owner when required and own delegated scope.
• Maintain priorities, scope, backlogs, and delivery plans.
• Prepare and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (standups, planning, review).
• Set up and maintain Jira projects, workflows, boards, and structure.
• Track progress and communicate decisions, risks, blockers, dependencies.
• Collaborate with business, product, design, and engineering teams.
• Leverage AI tools to support analysis and documentation.
