Job summary

Stryker's hybrid facility in Skawina is looking for an experienced Production Planner to ensure on-time delivery of medical implants and instruments, collaborating with supply chain, manufacturing and engineering teams. You will maintain SAP ERP data, monitor schedules, manage raw materials, WIP and finished goods, and track orders to reduce backlogs while supporting capacity planning and NPI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning and supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using SAP ERP systems.
• Experience working with ERP systems for production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production activities with supply chain, manufacturing and engineering teams to support on-time delivery targets.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory and material planning data within the ERP system.
• Monitor production schedules and work with manufacturing teams to achieve planned output and resolve issues.
• Manage raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory levels to support uninterrupted production.
• Track and report open and overdue orders, develop recovery plans and reduce backlogs.
• Lead production capacity planning in partnership with Production and Engineering.
• Support NPI projects by providing production planning expertise.
• Coordinate supply chain activities related to product lifecycle changes.
