Job summary

GSK is seeking a data management leader to drive end-to-end data management for clinical studies, coordinating with study teams, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality data, timely delivery, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee data capture tool design, data cleaning, and study database delivery, while maintaining TMF artifacts and supporting audits. Strong English communication and project planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, clinical, data or computer-related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in clinical data management or clinical trials in pharma, CRO or academic research.
• Practical knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and regulatory expectations for clinical data.
• Experience working with external vendors or Functional Service Providers and performing sponsor oversight.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for global collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and manage study-level activities, timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end data management for one or several clinical studies, ensuring quality, timelines and budget targets are met.
• Serve as the main contact for data management matters for internal teams and external vendors or CROs.
• Contribute to study planning and design with input to Data Management Plans, protocol-related documents and study risk registers.
• Manage in-stream data flow, cleaning, reconciliation and delivery of a clean study database and database lock.
• Oversee design and configuration of data capture tools (eCRF, eCOA) and integration with external data sources.
• Provide sponsor oversight of vendor performance, maintain TMF artifacts and support audits and inspections.
