Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Warsaw invites you to join the Summer Technology Analyst program. You will work on infrastructure management, data centers, and high-velocity IT services within a globally connected team.

The program starts in early June 2027 and offers training, mentorship, and exposure to Citi's digital initiatives across platforms, security, and data analytics. Hybrid work up to 2 days remote per week is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduation between Dec 2027 and July 2028.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS or related tech field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work with Generative AI.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and project management abilities.
• Authorized to work in Poland without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support Infrastructure Management: design, implement, and maintain data centers and hardware.
• Assist capacity planning and performance optimization for compute and storage.
• Contribute to global, cross-functional technology projects in a hybrid model.
• Engage in training, mentoring, and networking events as part of the Summer Analyst program.
