Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Buyer to support global strategy development and execution by conducting quantitative analysis, supplier relationship management, and cost/performance target achievement.

The role leads category and supplier management for assigned sub-categories and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of project management experience, with strong Excel, Power BI, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or Business Management preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with demonstrated success of managing projects.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to drive change in a decentralized organization with minimum supervision.
• Experience in quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel (beyond basic data entry) and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical thinking with demonstrated results.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to present ideas in storytelling, business-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Conducts quantitative analysis using Excel, PowerBi, and dashboards.
• Develop category and supplier profiles and present to leadership/stakeholders.
• Ensure supplier scorecards are up to date and maintain accurate and timely information on the supplier.
• Support negotiations with suppliers and cost model development across their category and lead efforts for their assigned sub-categories/suppliers.
• Support New Product Development for assigned sub-categories/suppliers.
• Support supplier risk management for assigned sub-categories/suppliers.
• Understand the importance of stakeholder management and begin to engage stakeholders.
• Support the development category specific pipeline.
