Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of operations experience in an international business environment.
• Experience in a dynamic, changing environment.
• Ability to make independent decisions based on data and facts.
• Experience with a supply chain system, ideally SAP.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Be single point of contact for international customers and distributors.
• Respond to orders and logistics inquiries primarily via email.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to manage orders and stock.
• Communicate with logistics providers about order status.
• Process and validate orders in SAP ERP system.
• Track fulfillment progress and push for on-time delivery.
