Zusammenfassung

Euroclear in Poland is seeking an EB Operations Analyst for the Funds Transfers Team to ensure timely, accurate settlements and manage operational risk.

You will act as a key liaison between FundSettle and external transfer agents, handling instructions, validation, and documentation while supporting process improvements and regulatory compliance. This role offers a collaborative, hybrid working environment with exposure to multiple stakeholders across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Solid understanding of banking products and procedures relevant to the role.
• Experience in finance or back-office banking preferred.
• Able to contribute to team improvements and problem-solving.
• Willingness to engage in transversal projects.

Aufgaben

• Receive, validate, and release transfer instructions via FundSettle.
• Monitor pending and rejected transfers and ensure settlement.
• Liaise with Transfer Agents, Fund Management Companies, and internal teams.
• Ensure dispatch of transfer documentation and compliance with SOPs.
• Investigate complex cases and resolve failed transfers.
• Support monthly reviews of client queries and agent performance.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
