Job summary

The Boeing Company seeks an Associate Fullstack Software Engineer in Gdańsk, Poland. You will design and implement backend services, own features end-to-end, and work with frontend, product, and QA to deliver high-quality software.

You'll write tests, perform reviews, and participate in CI/CD, Docker containers, and Kubernetes orchestration. Strong Python/JS skills and international collaboration are valued in this hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in engineering/science or CS.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain backend applications with modern frameworks.
• Own end-to-end backend features from design to delivery.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure quality.
• Perform code reviews and mentor engineers on best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, frontend engineers and QA.
• Use Git and CI/CD pipelines; follow MR workflows.
• Work in containerized environments (Docker) and coordinate with DevOps.
• Contribute to estimation, sprint planning, and process improvements.
