Boeing Poland Software Engineering is hiring a C++/Linux Software Engineer (Associate or Experienced). You will join a high‑performing team delivering avionics software across multiple product lines, including embedded Linux platforms.

The role emphasizes collaboration with international teams, architecture work, and continuous process improvement. The position is hybrid, located in Poland with onsite options in Gdańsk, Rzeszów or Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science or computer science.
• Strong C++ and Linux knowledge with English proficiency required.
• Experience with embedded Linux and cross‑platform development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop software using modern programming languages and agile methods for Boeing systems.
• Handle architecture, requirements, development, integration and testing activities.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to meet performance goals and quality standards.
