Qualifications

• Strong software engineering capability in Node.js and/or Java.
• Relational database expertise, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Web UI development experience (modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks).
• Agentic application engineering knowledge, including orchestration of autonomous AI agents.
• Integration patterns (MCP, tool/function calling, API design).
• Production engineering mindset: security, resilience, performance, observability, automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain internal tooling for Future State Architecture (FSA).
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and/or Java with PostgreSQL integration.
• Build web UI components for architects and engineering teams.
• Apply agentic engineering to orchestrate autonomous AI agents.
• Implement robust integration patterns to connect tools across the architecture.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate needs into designs.
• Ensure security, performance, resilience, testing, and documentation.
• Contribute to toolchain improvements and live service operations.
