Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Poland is seeking a Supplier Performance Engineer to manage supplier relationships and ensure delivery of high-quality metal components for the AP1000 program in Europe, with a focus on Poland. The role requires fluency in Polish and English, a Mechanical/Materials background, and experience with ASME and NDE/NDT methods.

The position offers a hybrid work model in Poland, with up to 100% travel to supplier workshops in Kielce or Siedlce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Material Engineering required.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Experience with Manufacturing and Quality Plans, PFMEAs.
• 1+ years in similar role and leadership of multiple projects.
• Nuclear products standards (ASME) and NDE/NDT knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop suppliers for high-quality metal work components.
• Lead supplier development, qualification, and process improvements.
• Oversee supplier performance, risk, and quality surveillance.
• Coordinate documentation reviews and supplier SCAR processes.
• Provide regular progress reports to project management.
