Job summary

Bayer AG is seeking a Digital Content Editor Trainee to join the Digital Content team. You will edit, format, publish, and optimize content for websites, intranet platforms, and other digital channels, while ensuring quality, accessibility, and consistency.

The internship offers hands-on experience under guidance, with opportunities to learn editorial standards, branding, and digital publishing practices. A hybrid work model and a 3-9 month tenure are provided.

Qualifications

• Active student status in Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, English, or a related field.
• Strong written communication and editing skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain content quality and consistency.
• Basic knowledge of content management systems and digital publishing.
• Good communication skills and English proficiency.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including one day per week in the GBS Gdańsk office.
• Knowledge of other CMS platforms is a plus.
• Basic SEO and web content optimization knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with digital communication channels is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and editing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and update content for websites, intranet platforms, and digital channels across multiple projects, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Support publishing, formatting, and quality assurance while developing editing and publishing skills.
• Apply editorial, branding, and accessibility standards consistently to all deliverables.
• Collaborate with content, design, and project teams, incorporating feedback to improve content.
