Job summary
Jit is seeking an experienced DevOps engineer to join a strategic banking initiative in Poland. You will design scalable infrastructure for Loan IQ environments, build CI/CD pipelines, and drive automation across the lending lifecycle within a modern DevOps setup.
You will collaborate with development, operations and business teams, monitor platform health, support cloud adoption, and contribute to architecture decisions.
Qualifications
- Several years of DevOps engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and automation practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell or similar).
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of financial services and banking environments.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable infrastructure supporting Loan IQ environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and delivery automation workflows.
- Automate operational processes and improve deployment efficiency.
- Integrate banking systems and optimize end-to-end lending workflows.
- Monitor platform performance and implement reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with development, operations and business stakeholders.
- Support cloud adoption and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
