Qualifications
- 5+ years leading DevOps/Cloud teams or architecture groups.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and modern software engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop DevOps Engineers and Solution Architects.
- Provide strategic direction and technical guidance for high-quality delivery.
- Drive adoption of modern DevOps, cloud technologies, automation, and CI/CD.
- Promote ownership, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Guide recruitment, performance management, coaching, and career development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across international teams.
- Design and deliver secure, scalable cloud-native solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and cost optimisation.
