State Street in Kraków is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our mutual fund trading team. You will help onboard new key clients to our Fund Ordering Service and contribute to testing our mutual fund trading platform, shaping our future state model and delivering practical, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with management, IT and vendors, analyze current processes, automate where possible, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years’ experience in financial services industry.
• Technically confident and capable of navigating complex systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop a deep understanding of mutual fund trading infrastructure and processes.
• Assist with client conversions/start-ups of new relationships.
• Work autonomously in a fast-moving technical environment.
• Build relationships across multiple functional groups.
• Collaborate on requirements, testing, and implementation with management, clients, IT, and vendors.
• Research and resolve inquiries for clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure team deliverables meet deadlines and document procedures.
• Assist with client reporting and projects.
• Analyze processes to automate, reduce risk, and streamline workflows.
