Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support a banking and financial services client. The role entails entering data from various sources into multiple systems, maintaining accuracy and completeness, and producing daily departmental outputs.

The position is Hybrid, full-time but temporary for 6 months, with a pay rate of PLN 59.32 gross per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma and up to three years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to three years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under stressful and time-sensitive situations.
• Ability to comprehend and listen to directions.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, applications, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up new deals by entering information from a variety of sources into various systems.
• Ensure production volume, accuracy, and completeness standards are met.
• Enter data such as new account forms, names, addresses, and other information.
• Input and maintain lists, records, and other data points in an electronic format.
• Create and update spreadsheets.
• Perform daily department tasks.
• Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
