Nokia is seeking a data platform specialist in a hybrid role based in Wroclaw, Poland. You will own the end-to-end development and operation of a critical data platform, building scalable SQL databases, data models, and automated data pipelines, while delivering trusted Power BI datasets with clear lineage and governance.

You will work with teams across Finland, Romania, Poland and India, utilizing Python, Azure services, and data governance to ensure accurate, auditable reporting and continuous

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of SQL experience, including database development and administration, performance tuning, data processing and modeling.
• Minimum 2 years of Python for automation, data validation and tooling.
• Minimum 2 years of Power BI experience, with governed semantic layers and documented metrics.
• Understanding of data governance, definitions, ownership, access restrictions, auditability, and controlled publication of figures.
• Business understanding in sustainability, product, operational data, or regulated reporting contexts.
• Strong analytical and structured working style, able to work independently and improve automation and documentation.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end development and day-to-day operation of a data platform.
• Develop and maintain central SQL database, data models, calculations, consolidation logic and integrations.
• Build and maintain data pipelines across multiple enterprise sources with monitoring and fault handling.
• Provide well-documented datasets for Power BI and other users with clear data lineage and definitions.
• Maintain data quality controls, access management and versioning for auditable reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate processes and rules into reliable automated solutions.
• Continuously improve the platform and documentation.
