Job summary

Commerzbank Digital Technology Centre Poland seeks a Business Expert for Cross-Border Payments to drive digitalization of payment processing. You will design SWIFT message flows, data mappings and integration concepts while aligning with regulatory and operational standards.

You will work with internal units, IT and external vendors in an agile environment, coordinating stakeholders and providing 3rd-level support across client segments including Private Customers, Corporate Clients and

Qualifications

Good understanding of payment process chains and MT/MX formats.
Strong knowledge of SWIFT network and services (FIN, FileAct, InterAct).
Experience with message flows, routing and lifecycle processing.
Ability to analyze, document business requirements and create specs.
Proficiency in English and German; banking/financial services background.

Responsibilities

Analyze issues between back-office systems and SWIFT infrastructure.
Define functional/technical solutions including interface specs for SWIFT connectivity.
Define functional test scenarios and support QA in test environments.
Collaborate with teams to design effective solutions and resolve problems.
Serve as a Scrum team expert for functional and business analysis of payment investigations.
