Job summary

SQUAD Ukraine Limited is seeking a Systems Engineer to bridge traditional IT administration with modern DevOps practices and Zero Trust architecture. You will ensure operational efficiency, automate processes, and enable productive workflows for employees worldwide.

Design and scale hybrid cloud infrastructure, implement Zero Trust network access, manage devices and endpoint security, and oversee monitoring, DNS, and cross-system integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hybrid cloud environments (AWS) with virtualization and containerization (Docker).
• Identity management with Okta/Entra ID or Google Workspace; administer Linux, Windows, and macOS.
• Design Zero Trust networks using Cisco Meraki and WireGuard; endpoint security with Jamf Pro and VMware Workspace ONE.
• ITIL v4 based monitoring and service management with Prometheus, Grafana, Jira or Freshservice.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Implement Zero Trust network access and maintain corporate networks.
• Manage corporate devices (MDM) and endpoint security.
• Administrate SaaS platforms and integrate cross-system workflows.
• Maintain monitoring and observability systems, alongside disaster recovery plans.
• Oversee domains, DNS, and developer account management.
• Drive operational standards throughout the organization.
