Job summary

CloudFerro is seeking an IT Solution Architect to design and maintain complex IT architectures for European clients, including space and climate research sectors. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and coordinate with project managers and subcontractors.

Hybrid work model in Poland; you will lead cross-team efforts, provide architectural guidance through all phases, and ensure high performance, security and documentation.

Qualifications

• A technical degree or equivalent education in computer science, electronics, telecommunications or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT in an architect role, particularly in infrastructure.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Good understanding of cloud computing and distributed processing systems.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and keeping IT system architectures for clients using CloudFerro's portfolio.
• Collaborating with clients, Project Managers, Product Managers and team leaders to ensure project delivery.
• Designing end-to-end solution architectures that meet client requirements and internal standards.
• Coordinating and validating work delivered by subcontractors.
• Providing architectural support through design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance phases.
