Job summary

Citi Handlowy is seeking a Relationship Associate in Warsaw to support client relationships and regulatory workflows in a hybrid setup. The role involves partnering with RMs and product teams to on-board clients, manage KYC, and coordinate credit activities across Citi's global network.

The candidate should have 2–5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and fluency in Polish and English. A driving licence is required for occasional travel within Poland.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with client network and internal teams and act as a key contact for requests and issue escalation.
• Ensure timely completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) and regulatory requirements in partnership with product partners and Relationship Managers.
• On-board new clients and subsidiaries and complete KYC/credit set-ups in coordination with Citi’s global network.
• Coordinate credit requests and approvals across Citi’s global network.
• Engage with product partners to identify revenue opportunities and position products with clients.
• Maintain documentation of periodic client reviews and ensure accurate client hierarchies.
