Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Warsaw is seeking a Business Analytics Lead Analyst–VP to join Citi’s Business Analytics Team on a hybrid schedule. You will guide data-driven decision making, identify patterns in large datasets, and provide strategic insights to drive business planning and process improvements.

The role requires 6–10 years of quantitative analytics experience, with a strong foundation in operations research and financial services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher; Master's degree preferred.
6-10 years of experience in analytics roles.
Experience as an Operations Research Analyst, Analytics Manager, Strategic Business Analyst or related position performing quantitative analytics.

Responsibilities

Assess control exceptions for thematic issues, root cause, and resolution.
Gather operational data from cross functional stakeholders to examine past performance.
Identify data patterns & trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
Translate data into insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies for senior leaders.
Continuously improve processes by exploring new data sources, tools and capabilities.
