Galderma Prod Canada Inc. is seeking an AI Legal Counsel to lead legal governance for AI initiatives in Krakow. You will ensure compliance with GDPR, EU AI Act, and internal standards, while partnering with IT, R&D, QA, and Marketing to enable responsible AI adoption.

The role requires 5–10 years in a legal environment, strong data privacy expertise, and experience with AI-related contracting and regulatory risk management. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Strong legal background with international exposure preferred.
• Expertise in GDPR, AI Act, and data governance.
• Experience negotiating IT and AI-related contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal reviews for AI initiatives across lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain AI policies, controls, and risk assessments.
• Negotiate DPAs, SaaS, and data-rights agreements.
• Partner with IT, Privacy, R&D and Compliance teams.
