Job summary

Cornerstone seeks an Advanced Technical Support Specialist in Poland to join a hybrid Kraków office. You will own critical support workflows, run distress models to triage the riskiest cases, and partner with Engineering on root-cause fixes.

You will lead knowledge architecture, mentor L2s, and act as the pod's technical conscience, reporting to the Pod Director. A track record of deep product expertise and certification readiness within 90 days is expected.

• Root-cause rigor: distinguish symptom from cause and prove it.

Responsibilities

• Run the distress model: pull the hardest, oldest, and riskiest cases proactively.
• Serve as the pod's defect authority: validate root causes with Engineering on the OneList.
• Own knowledge architecture: KB coverage for your product area and content input.
• Mentor L2s toward mastery; monitor quality signals and coach where needed.
• Advise DEEP on escalated cases from your product area and uphold truth of the fix.
• Report directly to the Pod Director as the technical conscience of the pod.
