Job summary

PwC Polska’s Finance Managed Services is expanding its O2C team. We seek an OtC Accountant with Hungarian to support receivables, invoicing, and collections in a project environment. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams and improve O2C processes while maintaining strong customer relations.

The role requires English and Hungarian proficiency, 1–3 years in AR/O2C, ERP familiarity, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Hybrid work with strong development support is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Hungarian for day-to-day communication.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, Billing, Collections or similar ops.
• Knowledge of Excel and data handling for operational/financial data.
• Experience with ERP systems and customer-facing invoicing activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor receivables and overdue invoices.
• Assist invoicing and billing processes.
• Contact customers regarding payments and queries.
• Investigate payment delays and resolve issues.
• Review billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Maintain customer data in ERP systems.
• Track payments and allocate receipts promptly.
• Prepare receivables and collection reports.
• Collaborate with CS, Finance, Sales and other stakeholders.
• Support cash collection and cash-flow health.
• Ensure high-quality customer communication and relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve O2C processes.
