Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking an OtC Accountant with Hungarian in a project environment to support and optimize accounts receivable processes. You will monitor, bill, collect payments, resolve disputes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate customer data and healthy cash flow.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in AR/O2C, strong English and Hungarian, and experience with ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, Billing, Collections.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
• Knowledge of credit management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding receivables and overdue invoices.
• Support invoicing and billing processes.
• Contact customers regarding payments and queries.
• Investigate payment delays and resolve issues.
• Review billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Maintain customer data in ERP systems.
• Prepare receivables and collection reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cash flow.
